I was playing at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi MS a few weeks ago. I was dealt 8-3 two consecutive hands. I told the dealer, Mark, if you deal me 8-3 the again, I'm going to play it. He did, and I called a $15 pre flop raise. The flop came 3-8-3, lol. I don't recall the suits, but there were two hearts. The turn card completed the heart flush, and the river was another heart. The pot was now around $450 and the player that hit the hearts went all in. I called and wond a huge pot. I don't think I have played 8-3 since and probably never again. Lightening doesn't strike twice in the same place.
